Welcome to the Greater Severna Park Mom's Club ("GSPMC")
We are the GSPMC! Because we know how wonderful (and life-changing) it can be to have children, we offer support and entertainment through new friendships and networking. The GSPMC hold monthly meetings and offers many activities for moms and kids. Pick what interests you and join in the fun.
Our History
The GSPMC was originally part of the Severna Park Newcomers Club, where activities were planned for mothers of small children. As the group grew from approximately 15 participants in 1981, the mothers decided to become a separate entity with their own charter and by-laws. The club became The Greater Severna Park Mothers and Toddlers and consisted of 50 original members in 1983.
The reflect a diversity of members and activities, the GSPMC membership voted to change the name to the Greater Severna Park Mom's Club in 1994. Today, the GSPMC has over 150 members and continues to offer a wide range of activities for all interests.
