It is hard to believe that this will be my last article as President; the year has certainly flown by. It has truly been a pleasure to be President of this great organization! I have met so many great women this year and look forward to next year! I want to give a big THANK YOU to my Executive Board! These women have spent an enormous amount of time this year to implement many changes in the club this year. All of your time and efforts are truly appreciated! Also, I want to thank all of the committee chairwomen who have done an excellent job this year as well! It has truly been a memorable year for me. Thank you!!!

Thank you to Kimberly Bellotte for bringing us the owner of Lullabye Baby as our speaker at last months meeting. Also, to Marcia Kokoski for the idea of Mexican beer tasting and all of her efforts in getting the food and drinks as well as our resident baker Amy Lay! Our last meeting will be May 8th at Cynthia's at 6pm featuring a delicious meal and entertainment! This event is always our most extraordinary event of the year.

Cynthia's is offering us fabulous choices in entrees that range in price from $20-$38 inclusive. Each entrée will include an appetizer and specially made dessert! You don't want to miss this spectacular event. Donna Rueppell has simply outdone herself in order for us to get the restaurant exclusively to ourselves for the evening. Sign-Up ASAP as there is limited seating.

The Appreciation/Transition Meeting has been scheduled for June 3rd at 7pm at my home! If you are a current committee chairwoman or have volunteered to chair a position for 2008-2009, please make plans to attend this evening. We want to thank all of those women for their time they have contributed this year and welcome the new chairs for next year. Food and drinks will be provided.

Don't forget to take advantage of all the remaining adult and kids events of the year! I am happy to announce that Chartwell Country Club's 1st Friday Kids Club will be offered to GSPMC members every month, so you will continue to receive email invites throughout the summer.
